The ITR Classic line is compatible with the wear parts of most models from major manufacturers such as Caterpillar®, Komatsu®, Volvo®, Hitachi®, JCB®, Doosan®, Daewoo® and many other many spare parts manufacturers.
The extremely varied mix includes cutting edges, end bits, profiles, armoured bars and wear buttons, wear protection, sidebar protectors for buckets, heel shrouds, lip shrouds, teeth, adapters and all components required for excavation or levelling such as ripper shanks or blades for graders.
The ITR UNIK line has been designed for all applications where high penetration, impact resistance and increased wear life are essential.
Unique features are an innovative and modern self-sharpening design, a reinforced pocket structure, increased side pin protection, high impact resistance and selected ITR steel composition, all ensuring excellent performance and extended wear life.
The FUTURA Wear Technology Premium range is designed for mining machines up to 800 tons.
Three main features are its hammerless solutions that increase safety and reduce downtime in construction by not requiring the use of a hammer for assembly, its proven performance with extra weight invested in reinforcing the key areas of the tooth where it has more exposure to wear, and its design with lateral and central ribs contribute to facilitating the flow of material, significantly extending the life of the pieces while retaining its self-sharpening properties.
